DBZ/GT Toeiland power

Maybe a decade ago, but the process of earning a doctoral degree can best be summarized as “full sprint marathon” not because the content is difficult, just sheer volume and constant stream of it all.
Anyways could ya calc this feat
Maybe eventually

Gonna hazard a guess it’s generically at least into the large planet range just off how it goes down though. To push star level (like the Sun) would require some high relativistic expansion of mass and we might as well just be talking about E = MC^2.

Because KE is eternally just bull shit and hilarious.

Side note, wouldn’t Goku nearly blowing up the Sun in the Cooler movie count as star level? The explosion itself massively dwarfed the Sun

Happened in a vacuum, ergo no shock wave, needs to effect mass or you just measure brightness.

Did it effect the Sun?

The Sun itself exploded then the sky turned dark for a few seconds. Then it went back to normal
???

Does anything explain this, because I’m not really understanding how it can go back to normal if it was destroyed? Wouldn’t it just be more likely Cooler’s attack detonated, blocked the light of the Sun for a bit, then it resumed after?

Also, would be expanding FTL if actually destroyed. Cannot do a KE for that.

It’s never elaborated on, maybe the movie pamphlet mentions what happened but I’ve never checked

I always just assumed the Sun dimmed out then flickered back on due to movie logic

TFS’ version of the movie had Goku blow up the Sun and then Popo restored it instantly with his power

Going back to this old post, here’s the scan by the way

Not sure if you can read the text but the relevant info is on the right page

Same exact guide calls Goku the strongest Saiyan though

Don't know if Capture2Text will help me too well with this one
銀行を積んだ悟空にしか会得で きない事/ 強敵ヒルテガーン を着させるために史上最強のこ の技が はじめて放たれた!」 悟 空のすさま しまじい気を一気に爆発さ 仕に必技は は大地を、天を買

This isn’t all of the text from the passage but its most of what I pulled from the scan using an app

Pretty sure something was butchered because the fuck is this bank?

Also,

Wonder how much lag there is between Goku appearing and disappearing with IT, because this scene is nonsense if there is none to it.

I asked ChatGPT as well, these were the translations it gave me

Yes, the text mentions that this technique is referred to as "史上最強のこの技" (shijou saikyou no kono waza), which translates to "the strongest technique in history" or "the strongest technique ever."

I asked to see the “bank” translation and it said this

In this context, "banked" refers to the accumulation or storage of power. It suggests that Goku has stored or saved a significant amount of energy in preparation for using a powerful technique or facing a formidable opponent.

^And one arc to go~

Surprised this nothing arc even had this many feats to bother with tbh.

Going back to Dragon Fist being the strongest technique in history

Wouldn’t that put it above a (suppressed) Gogeta/Vegetto

We never saw them go all out so I’m ok with FP Gogeta/Vegetto > Dragon Fist > suppressed G/V

It kinda makes sense too. Hirudegarn was Buuhan tier and Dragon Fist murdered him instantly

Feel like that’s a reach to extend the powerscaling to putting it beyond forms that are quite literally stronger than him in every conceivable way

Hell, trying to extend it to Gogeta or Vegito in any fashion effectively creates an ouroboros of sorts. At least with shit like the Spirit Bomb, that shit is external to Goku. Here, he’s supposedly just storing power? We already know what his limit on stored power is when he failed to charge his Ki to maximum against Kid Buu. Is that really worth any sort of Vegito or Gogeta?

The movie guide states he trained some time after Buu’s death and eventually created this technique. All forms of Buu are trash compared to Dragon Fist (Hirudegarn one-shotted both Ultimate Gohan and SSJ3 Gotenks effortlessly, that’s puts him well beyond Buutenks territory and he’s still fodder to DF)

Like I said, I’m ok with putting it above the (very, very) suppressed versions of Gogeta and Vegetto that we saw. I don’t think the technique is stronger than their full power

In Buu Saga manga version during the time when Goku and Vegeta fight Kid Buu Old Kai said Kaioshin Realm will not get easily get destroyed.

Japanese version

After their fight against Kid Buu Old Kai comment they nearly destroyed Kaioshin Realm.

Japanese version.

Goku says that Kid Buu would take the universe in a "Poof", herms, the translator of the scans in the kanzenshuu, confirmed that the translation is correct.

Here herms statement about translation itself.
