He is also responsible for the destruction of Coast City which would be the driving force for Zero Hour and Parallax. He is a pretty major villain and a legitimately good matchup for Freeza thematically. Problem is it's another free victory for DC given the dumb stats DB gives.
Nobody really asked for Silver Samurai, Popeye, Booster Gold or other people but they brought them in. Mongul has also been in movies, tv shows and games and is a recognizable Superman villain.Once again
