Infinitely Muiltiversal +, just eyeballing it, and trusting Hal and the Ring know what they are talking about.
Hal just connected to every power battery in existence, which is back to "Countless parallel Universes " rather than just 52 , and done regardless of what Emotion/Color said battery was.
I'm not too familiar with the Cosmic Grail or anything about that, so that may also boost Hal up further considering he recreated it with said Infinitely Muiltiversal feat, ans mentioned later his ring still "running on Grail power"

Hal just got done fighting through Armies with a Sword and Shield with only 3 other people as back up, no Ring to amp his stats, took back Abin Sur's ring from Hector (still no idea how the fuck that survived Kyle destroying it on Oa way back in the 90s with Parallax, but still), then straight up pulls off a feat that he could normally only could have matched power wise with either Parallax or Pure Will.
Yeah, Hal's base with the Morrison treatment is about the same tier as his best Historically Amped forms (Excluding God of Light Hal, but what Hal just pulled is pretty similar)
The New Guardians dont fuck around with their Ring upgrades lmao
yeah I need to find it idk if it still exists but Endless Mike's original calc for Tarkus' cliffbuster was 19 tons of tnt, solid MCB level
Jonathan shits all over Tarkus and there's supposed to be some statement about Dio being 5x stronger than Tarkus was, but I haven't read Phantom Blood in a long time. Also he can barely react to Dio's eye lasers which were iirc mach 5
How does Jonathan compare to Part 2 Joseph
at minimum they're around the same level, it just doesn't always look that way because part 2 made a point of their hamon being more focused so the perceived scale of the fights is smaller
but his hamon was still strong enough to match Wham during the coliseum fight and break Cars' blade in half right after, and any Pillar Man should be vastly above zombies and vampires
