They did actually do a deathbattle cast already for it interestingly

Who I think would win personally?
Mind Crush GG :tupac. Egyptian God Cards are overkill and including special effects like Trap Cards and Spell Cards would allow for some really cheap shit as well

If you mean him shifting from Yugi to Atem, thats not an actual transformation, thats just visual effects for the anime. In the manga, and shown but not outright stated in the anime (Joey and Tea's comments during Battle Kingdom), Yugi still looks like Yugi normally does when Atem takes over. He doesnt grow a foot lol

I mean yeah. Read the Yugioh manga OG chapters, aka Season 0. Atem is straight up a fucking menace who always acts creepy as shit. He only chills his shit after wrecking Kaiba

Literally all Yugi has to do is point at his opponent to invoke Mind Crush.

But even putting that aside I could also just see some shit happening like Yugi just activating a trap card like Mirror Force or Magic Cylinder so Ash gets hit with the force of his own tackle :skully

Hes fast enough to dodge Hyperspace Fury and Pikachus thundershocks. Fast enough to intercept a volt takling pikachu and a bloodlusted Lucario as well as Hyperbeams from a bloodlusted Garchomp.

Like the mans not slow by any means
 
If you take Ash's feats at face value he's at least superhuman to FTE speed from his training montages with HS/MHS close range movement from reacting to various max evolutions
