if they're doing composite G1 for Megatron, both Marvel g1 and IDW have access to antimatter. He's also in addition to fighting for millions of years, was a gladiator champion. Hakai should not work against Golden Megatron at least since Matrixes=essence of Primus and that's been shown to stop things like existence erasure and instant death hax, and the Matrices Megatron gets in the manga seem way more potent the ones we normally see as they're governing entire universes. Also I can't remember the full reason but his soul is also really weird and actually travelled in time from the future to possess a different Megatron and make sure Golden Megatron lost.

Interesting. Frieza doesn't have any mindhax resistance himself, but if Megatron doesn't use his own mind hax and is just able to resist it, that may not end up being relevant.
