Megamind/Gru vs Tom/Coyote could go either way.
I'm hoping for the latter personally, I have a lot nostalgia for both Tom & Jerry and Roadrunner & Coyote. I could see Megamind vs Gru having great animation potential, but I've never fully watched an Illumination movie because the bits I've seen have mostly annoyed me.

So I just rewatched Human Nature and Family of Blood today, the episode with the Fury of a Timelord clip, and the fact that the Fury of a Timelord scene isn't the standout scene in the episode shows how good it is. It is one of the darkest and most thought provoking episodes in the series. A reflection of (pun intended) human nature. Way better than "PICKLE RICK"
Genesis of the Dalek's, City of Assassins, and 9's Dalek episodes are all also classics to watch, and more or less prove that Rick isn't actually a threat: The only real way the Doctor can lose is if he stays merciful for too long trying to redeem Rick.
Even more that I can't name off the top of my head while drunk. 5's finale, 8's Big Finish run, and just about everything in 7's run also collaborates that Rick stands no chance.

Should be at the higher end of large building level, since even basic commoners in TF2 are capable of rocket jumping, having up to city block dura with power up canteens. Said canteens can also boost the shit out of his attack power, and iirc most characters in CSM don't reach as high in the large building level range. Speedwise he's probably anywhere from relativistic to FTL given he can tag Scout, who, among being able to dodge laser fire while amped with Bonk!, is also said to be faster than satellite lasers without it.
There's also spells which might be included just going off DB giving everyone the benefit of the doubt, which mostly consists of shit like undead summoning, teleportation, invisibility, and self healing. Though the most notable is being able to summon MONOCULUS, who is >>>> any of the mercs individually.
The real issue is his survivability. Damn near everyone in TF2 can survive being broken in half, having all of their blood punched out (again, however that works), and even being just a head or missing their heart. Not to mention any relevant soul hax shouldn't be effective given none of the mercs have their souls.
