I wouldn't blame the guy for failing... I have hard time trying to imagine something stronger than Marvel/DC/Lovecraft

I mean if I had to make an educated guess on who the "strongest character in fiction" would be (which itself is also question that's just, lol) it's either a toss-up between a cosmic guy from comics, a guy from a book, or a dude from an obscure chinese novel with a million pages

Either way it all kinda just blends together, I personally wouldn't use any of them for Vs discussions

The crew member explicitly asks "where are we", and the answer is "inside a Super Spiral Universe".

The fight explicitly takes place inside said universe when referred to outside the series as well since the TTGL is said to not actually be physical but could "manifest in normal space under other circumstances"

The Super Spiral Universe is the one where everything exists as thought, the Anti-Spirals hideout is still inside the normal universe (specifically between the 10 and 11 dimensions)

No, he specifically says "this is what will happen" and then Lordgenome not only confirms it, but specifically points out that Simon instinctively realizes he's right. You can't control that level of power no matter who you are and the Anti-Spiral didn’t trust the other races to practice restraint.

The disagreement was on whether or not humanity could control itself and not self-destruct. They specifically mention in the last episode that the Spiral Nemesis is still a threat to reality and they're going out to meet the other races to try and keep it from happening.
