I have no idea who she is, but DB already had Ryukko on, so if its about the lack of Clothing on a (teenage?) Girl, they already did worse

For speed Innocent Zero should scale to this which i've heard people say should come out as low FTL :hm . Context for the scaling (IZ blitzed a version of Mash faster than the one who performed the feat).

As far as time control goes... IZ actually outclasses Julius there. With him being able to rewind time whenever he wants, stop time, and slow down time for his opponent to massively nerf their speed.

And IZ also has spatial erasure that he stole from Wahlberg but enhanced by his level of magic power to gain a massive AOE (deleted multiple mountainsides in a row, and that was before his future powerups/transformations).

DB has gone through a lot of themes/gimmicks so if they do get to wanting a teleportation themed fight while there are plenty of characters who can teleport there are a lot less prominent characters with teleportation as their primary ability to choose from.




Fair. I guess the intrigue for me would mainly come in the differences in how they use their abilities. Nightcrawler can *only* teleport his body iirc whereas Kuroko can teleport projectiles right on top of someone (which could be pretty gory with morals off...).

Inside people too, she just won’t do so beyond threatening to do so since IC she avoids killing when possible.

She did teleport a corkscrew non fatally into Awaki as payback for doing the same to her earlier and Awaki herself is basically Kuroko with no restraint on using her powers and has killed and harmed people this way several times
 
(Most likely) my last related post about the Misaka vs Killua DB but just now seeing picked up on why this is one of my favorite fights in the whole series. And it’s totally not because of two of some of favorite series going at it.

The genuine tactics involved between two fighters known for their analytical and tactical skills just as much as their abilities. It wasn’t like with other “smart” guys in previous DBs who just keep pulling random power ups or gadgets out the ass just for the situation, but both making use of their pre-set powers from the start.

Early in the fight, both knew what they had over the other and what they in turn were weak to and the rest of the fight was them trying to exploit that advantage / weakness of the other.

Very in spirit with both series with how Toaru and Hunter X Hunter run off those kinds of things to decide fight with Misaka winning from being just one step ahead at the end.
