Thinking about it, the Anti-Monitor now probably has enough sufficient visual material to work on Death Battle. IDK who'd he be able to face; it's potentially a stomp but maybe Beyonder? Anti-Spiral?

Unless he became less of a joke in post flashpoint, Anti-Monitor was fodder in Post Crisis and peaked at maybe universal

It's on the basis that he exists on the scale of the sixth dimension which means he should be superior to even monitor sphere level characters, much like how someone like Godhead Darkseid is above characters in the normal universe or a monitor sphere character is above someone in the godsphere

He would scale to other Sixth Dimension Characters

This is post flashpoint perpetua shit though, they fucked the whole cosmology up there so maybe they can't scale to Morrison's cosmology anymore, but going by the logic Morrison put up, he'd be several degrees of omniversal

Whats funny is we've already seen what the strongest version of the Anti-Monitor was. and it was the one that came from the Dark Multiverse where he succeeded in his plan

In the Dark Multiverse he succeeded in his plan and wiped out the entire multiverse and remade it into an anti-matter multiverse. mind you this is just one multiverse among the many in the Dark Multiverse.
The only thing that was able to stop him was Superboy-Prime retcon punching a cosmic antenna and shattering both his and Godhead Darkseids multiverses, freeing superman and batman and leaving those multiverses shattered

Godhead Darkseid being killed is a big deal. The Godsphere is huge, omniversal in size compared to Bleedspace. Did SBP affect the whole godsphere killing DS?

Someone summed it up like this
In the story of Final Crisis True Form Darkseid who had fell on the multiverse used that opportunity to subtly spread the anti-life equation across the multiverse, then taking away free will so that everyone serves him. There was also stuff with Mandrakk, but the Overvoid wiped that story out of existence and even Cosmic Armour Superman said he was forgetting what had happened after Mandrakk fell in the Overvoid. So in Trinity Crisis True Form Darkseid has succeeded in controlling everyone in the multiverse as can be seen by the other the universe Supermen.
