Yeah this is DB we’re talking about they’re almost always gonna be super liberal with the powerscaling or shift more to the higher end feats instead of the mid or low ends. They do this to give characters the “benefit of the doubt” whereas here and everywhere else we stick with low-ends as a benchmark to label what a character can at least do for certain.
This is generally why even currently nowadays most of their calcs and scaling for characters is questionable. I think it’s more just how they go about things, one aspect I dont really agree with same with using psuedo composition of characters to reach mainstream familiarity with whatever character their using.

TBF they didn't scale Hulk to TOBA when everyone in the G1 Blog based their pro-Hulk verdict around that scaling

And they didn't go with Multiversal MK either, even when some people at the G1 blog presented a long essay on why MK should be either Solar System+ or Uni-Multi

I have no idea who MK is they've had over 200+ characters on the show and I'm not about to go over the entire list of characters in their episodes tier to see who that abbreviation stands for so saying the full name in this context would move this discussion along faster.

I'm genuinely confused as to why I keep seeing people suggest Accelerator vs Misogi as a DB match-up.

They have almost no similarities.
