I think Satan has plenty of hax from what I remember though that could keep him alive to make it interesting though
I could imagine him breaking through his eternal atoms as FTL speeds

Destroy the entire universe doesn't mean you can destroy the Eternal Atoms of a demon, cuz it work by regenerate you in the tree planes of existence, you need to erase him in the tree ones at the same time, also Frieza never would destroy the universe to win, that's out character(cuz he needs the universe to sustain him empire) and in the VS they aren't bloodlust or anything to argue that. Also in DBS manga even the Hakai can't truly kill Immortals in Beruus words. But is described like a power capable to erase something of the existence. So maybe true immortality in DB even works again existence erase.
In other hand Black Frieza had the physical strength adventage by had a better scaling, but him is lacking to a form to permanent kill Satan. He is just stronger. Also I don't remeber if in the manga Frieza resist Hakai like in the anime, cuz if he doesn't he can be erased. If Satana can tag him obviously, cuz I don't remeber well the degree of FTL in Bastard!!!

Destroying the universe would destroy his eternal atoms. The three planes of existence all exist in the same universe and its why the entrance to hell is the supermassive blackhole at the center of the galaxy.

Bloodlust is also on by default in OBD battles. Satan also has no feasable way of inflicting any harm on Frieza so even if he was fast enough to tag him (he's not) it wouldn't do anything.
Remembered it being once argued here no amount of dakka can put down Darsch cuz lolEternalAtoms. Glad that nonsense seems to have stopped.
Wonder if the Netflix show will ever give Kazushi enough incentive to get back to this series for Darsch to get some new upgrades

Spiritual Plane and Astral Plane are different for physical universe in Bastard. They exists in different dimensions.But lets assume he can't destroy them. They have no way of returning to a plane that no longer exists so Frieza wins by bfr anyway
Also they even had an entire page of the manga saying you that, if something happen in 3-dimensional space-time that doesn't affect Astral Bodies.

Also the Suppermasive black hole works like a worm hole that connect to the hell that its in another dimension, also the spiritual and astral plane exist before the universe(material/physical plane).
So, even if Frieza destroy the universe(using the OBD rules), that doesn't destroy the Eternal Atoms of Satan, also Satan existed as an astral body even before the creation of the universe in Bastard, so he can exist even if the material universe doesn't.
Frieza in the manga doesn't had a resistance to be damage in him spirit or erased like the Frieza of the anime that with some effort was capable to survive been attacked by hakai energy. So, Satan had a form to damage and kill Frieza, but that doesn't mean he can hit him if Frieza is faster.
And with that i not saying Satan win, is only clarify the fact that Eternal Atoms exist in different planes or dimensions. And only destroy the universe doesn't mean you can destroy things that exist in Astral and Spiritual planes. Cuz even with that Frieza had the speed and physical advantage.
My guy , the spiritual and Astral plane are separate from the physical plane but the three together make up the universe. The Wormhole is a physical location in physicalspace that connects to the 4th which is also apart of the universe. Existing in a higher dimension=/= different universe. If Frieza destroys the universe only two things happen

Freiza in the manga should still be somewhere in the universal+ range casually. Even if he hasn't shown direct resistance I'm pretty sure scaling would give the feats to him. Even then we barely know what Satan can do. His best feat is around galaxy level unless we just take Abi's word on breaking through BA. So no, he doesn't have what he needs to damage Frieza and we aren't going to assume he does
I mean, it took Goku like 49545806543457236+E1 episodes in order to kill Frieza the first time, especially on planet Namek, but I honestly think Frieza would legit snap Satan in half from the Bastard series, even if he couldn't do away with the ones from the DB universe, both living (Mr. Satan), and dead (King Yemma) lol.
I know I said this at some point but it's truly hilarious how years ago before Super, Bastard was making DB it's bitch but now it's other way around with the only thing the series has is hac which ain't enough these days
