My recommendation here Luka is you step back from being anti claim for a moment and asses what your positions are and read the cases. You're gonna go in circles and not be able to risk assess

I don’t actually think that ultra should be our focus today.

This exchange kinda proves that there is a rush to judgment to build a case on ultra on your part.

May you please make a judgement in the first place? Having emotions not clouding judgement is only good if theirs actual judgement being made.

Ultra got me killed on weak arguments before. An opportunity has arisen to return the favour in kind.
