I rewatched Hibiki and man is he less impressive compare to the many other riders, like there is barely any feats that could compare to the other

He loved humans like pets, but when the mysterious young man (Light Power) attempted to bestow the power of Agito (i.e., wisdom) upon them, a clash between Light Power and Dark Power ensued. Light Power was defeated in this battle but, in his dying moments, released the power of Agito within himself and sowed the seeds of Agito in humanity. Dark Power hid its genetic information in the OOPArts (Out-of-Place Artifacts) to await the emergence of Agito, who would one day destroy it, and fell into a long slumber. Meanwhile, the mysterious young man (Light Power) transcended time and space with his injured body and awakened Tsukasa Shoichi (Tetsuya Sawaki) as Kamen Rider Agito on the ferry "Akatsuki."
