Those are ones that are good,easy to watch and on the short side,so would be good to start with.
It's mostly just the clipper, but I got some other bits too.The only tool you actually need is basically a small clipper and a tweezer.
I just watch Raxhephon recently. It had potential and did a few interesting things, but it fell far too flat for my liking and never drew me in enough.The only one I haven't watch is probably rahxephon.

Escaflowne is a very good looking show (Sunrise in the later half of the 90s made some incredible looking shows) and I think Escaflowne itself has to be one of the best mecha designs out there. But it suffers from its overdose of shoujo overtones (and everything those entrail) and a weak end game. I haven't seen the movie but apparently it's different to some degree.
Yea the end game is weak. they couldn't keep the main guy and the female lead together like most shoujo in the 90's.

Oh and for some of the more recent stuff, Back Arrow is actually a fun show.
Not amazing like the ones i mentioned,but was a surprise sleeper for me out of last year's animes.
88's not too bad for a 1/72 scale
