Considering the biggest problem is actually hitting him since he's more of a literal phenomenon unless he's under certain conditions, only a few series on the list can even hurt him without say, destroying the Planet they are on.
So depending on that, he would either stop at DCAU Young Justice if Zantanna can still screw with time or create the ideal conditions, DBZ if they just blow up the Planet. He-Man is where he would stop at period.

Leaving alone that most of these nibbas can't hurt him , Considering he can manifest WArc with a 30% percent of her original power , who can still moondrop, he murks everyone here sans DBZ, maybe YJ since comic BS.

To actually point out how TATARI works and how NoW falls into it and how dangerous he is in certain series:

He can literally create "rumors and fears" people have and cause them to be real(i.e. People fear the Grimm? TATARI creates a Super-Grimm based on people's worse fears on a bullshit powerscale that shouldn't be possible). As Rey stated, the furthest he can go is ludicrously powerful beings as he couldn't do 100% Evil Arcueid, just 30%... who can still drop the Moon on your head(Which is well beyond most series).
And considering you can only kill a single manifestation at best and to truly kill him, you need to literally bring the Crimson Moon into existence, you can really see where the problem is.

this is actually pretty similar to one of Bionicle's most busted characters, I've been wanting to make a Bionicle/Fate thread but it's tough finding a good matchup bc Fate generally operates higher

Don't think Wallachia will manifest as Arc since Arc doesn't exist on those verses. It's more fitting if he manifest as things that opposing verses fears the most like Grimm for RWBY, Darkseid for YJ, Madara for naruto, etc. He can do that right?
also, is it true that his Reality Marble only last for 1 night?

And yeah, can mod move this to OBD section

That's not really the point.

The point is he's powerful enough to poof shit into existence that can drop a moon on your ass.

Even aside from that, you could make the argument that he should still be able to summon her since it's one ability he has shown and as per OBD rules, that should be fair game.

He should be, but he might need some prep time in order to marinate the setting so to speak.

If messing with time works, weakest in that group is Fairy Tail assuming their in the verse and Zeref has Fairy Heart.
