I like that one of the backgrounds for the classes in Elden Ring is that you're literally Godfrey's mortal son. Like Nelpheli is his mortal daughter.

my only really disappointment is that there's a starting class for being connected to dragons but there's no Dragonkin form despite the fuckton of crazy ass dragon spells in this game

There is also the implication that he's basically Genghis Khan, and all warriors from his land descend from him.
So I beat that dude with the dragon hand, he was a lot easier than Margit. I then went back and beat that dragon's ass into the fucking ground. I then explored some places and then I went south and found some girl talking about her dad and his castle. I then explored around before finally finding this weird bell monster thing and I cleaned his feet. Now I'm just chilling in this basement area with some lady who wont talk to me.
