New chapter of Vigilantes implies (lol implies) Koichi isn't around in the main series because he's in America and works as Captain Celebrities sidekick (I was hoping to see that guy again). Fine with me, Japan can fuck itself trying to arrest him and partially blaming him for damage to the city when he was nothing but help . Pop Step admitting her feelings (essentially) was much better than anything that can come from Uraraka. It isn't the end but everything looks good so far.
