(2) You can Tribute this card if it was Fusion Summoned using a Normal Monster(s) as material; Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower “Elemental HERO” monster that cannot be Normal Summoned/Set from your Deck or Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions.
Note: It is Level 8 because Flame Wingman was Level 8 in the anime originally.

Been watching a friend of mine play through the remaster and there's an unbelievable amount of passion put into it. Completely redone (but still faithful) visuals, options for modern/twin stick controls, shit there's even a menu with the entire soundtrack and a model viewer to let you see all the redone models.
Legit this seems like the definitive way to play the game.
