yeah, for novice levels, begin first at home @Claudio Swiss

get some basic equipment, start doing pushups and watch your diet

first

you need to lose weight in order to gain muscle/tone = in case you are overweight, idk your body type

trust me, cardio mostly will help you for that

cut smoking/drinking too
i need gain more muscle if anything aint a fat ass but need dem gains on me

got a dumb bell at the house

i tend to do some jumping jack here n there but i've been slacking due to work n shit

Nah, unless you're trying to become a power lifter or an ugly ass body builder weights you use at home are fine assuming you even use em
My home weights are too light for me now to get any more mass. So unless I want to fill my rooms with more weights gonna need a gym. Of course body weight can always work but you need a very high amount of reps at that point.

If you aren't fat and you're just starting, Scooby's starter sets are very good. I gained 10 pounds of muscle with this very quickly.

in this case, seems you are an ectomorph, you can dif gain muscle mass but you can get leaner if you try, first of all, dont do the mistake to get gear/tren/clen, dont play with that if you dont know

so, add a proper diet, drink lots of water, start doing pushups, get a pull up bar, and lots of cardio

and

obv

cut drinking/smoking

get it step by step, try to get energy and motivation

If you're goal is to build muscle you'll need a lot of reps anyway. You're body is fine since, as you bulk up at home it gives you more weight and is more effective in building muscle than machines.

I went from 1 to basically 3 in a few months so I am ectomorph too. I wasn't a nutritional Nazi either.

Just gotta find the diet that works for you and know what your body can tolerate.

Maybe I just am lucky in that way.

good luck, boi

trust me, once you start making your actual legit gains, and not the early novice pseudo gains, you gon like it a lot

after

all

health matters a lot

and one important advice, don't do it for the chicks, do it to improve yourself, stay focused

some ectomorphs, some rare cases, can get and lose easily muscle, the main thing is to keep it up and not slack

my body type is mesomorph and gaining muscle is a lot easier than ectomorphs, but the main weakness is we can get easily more fat, if we slack off, just like my 2020 version, for example

once, i started training again, the muscle memory of my body was activated rather fast and i became fit, in a rather short amount of time, and now, once again, i am in check and strive to become even better

also, height genetics, i am 6'1 feet and you are 5'10 feet, the shorther you are (you are average in ur case), the easier the muscle can be gained

and in my case, i look more impressive, even with a 4 pack and toned waist, than a 5'9 feet lean dude who has 6 pack, cuz i got bigger shoulders and legs too

Yeah I'm fortunate. I haven't lost any even though I slacked.
I'm a 1. Ya boy is a whole ass stick out here
1 is the easiest to improve. Do Scooby's workout three times a week for 20-30 minutes. You'll see rapid results compared to what you were. I used to be 1.
