CBR made a list of best anime you can watch out of order
15. Naruto
As one of shonen anime's Big Three, Naruto is a go-to for most anime fans. However, for newcomers, it could be a fairly intimidating series to get into. Spanning over 700 episodes with two separate series, this shonen classic can be a challenge to complete. However, the series has a lot of added fluff that isn't entirely necessary to watch, from overextended arcs to countless filler episodes.

As a result, Naruto fans can easily skip through these additional storylines and get straight into the action, and it won't change much of anything. In addition, because the series has so many fillers, it's pretty easy to jump in at any point, given viewers already have a grasp on the initial plot.

Yu-Gi-Oh! has been a household name in anime for decades now. Even though the original series ended long ago, the franchise has been going strong still, introducing multiple new series with a brand-new cast to go along with them. No two Yu-Gi-Oh! series are the same, and there's very little continuity between them, so viewers can watch them in basically any order. Fans don't even have to watch the original before diving into the newer series. Thanks to this format, Yu-Gi-Oh! has remained a popular franchise, as well as a very easy series for young audiences to get into and follow.

Many fans will agree that One Piece is a fairly intimidating series to keep up with. Out of the famed Big Three, it's the only series that hasn't yet reached its conclusion, which is a feat all its own. It has over 1,000 episodes for newcomers to sift through before they can catch up.

Luckily, its length makes it pretty easy to pick up and put down, so viewers can skip over to more plot-relevant arcs if they so desire. Of course, there may be a bit of confusion here and there, but overall, new fans will be able to grasp everything, even if they don't watch every episode as it airs.

JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is one of the most famous examples of an anime fans don't have to watch in order. This is all thanks to how the series is set up. Though the story follows the same family all the way through, each part stars a brand-new protagonist, mixing things up with every new season.

Each part of the series has its own self-contained story, and though the entire series is connected, every story works as a standalone series. As a result, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure is very newcomer-friendly and easy to keep up with.

Of course Max with the shit taste as usual, being the only person I've seen react to this who doesn't like Lars' new outfit (which is easily one of the best in the game, along with Jin and Kazuya's). Well at least he admit he looks cool in every other way. :maybe

TBF this isn't just a Max thing but seriously, have these people never even watched the Flash or something like that? You don't need to be an anime fan to realize Lars is just moving really fast which, combined with the lightning he puts out, makes it LOOK like he turned into lightning.

He doesn't LITERALLY turn into lightning during his finisher, show some common sense people, he's not Enel.

Even though he already acquired it, he was the first person to demonstrate Super Saiyan Second Grade which is almost the same thing basically

Not really? Especially if you are not familiar with the card game itself and how it works. DM definitely eases you into that the best, while the others expect you to have seen it.

I also just wouldn't recommend watching GX without watching DM first due to the sheer amount of callbacks and direct appearances from previous characters like Yugi and Kaiba.

Doubly so here because Oda likes to play the LONG game a lot and drops foreshadowing for things, sometimes hundreds of chapters before the actual payoff.

You don't get to see Ash develop as a character and would be confused any time he brings back a Pokemon from a previous region.

Something very stupid, that's what.

The funny thing is they're missing an obvious one ie, WHERE THE FUCK IS DIGIMON?
Aside from sequel seasons, it's actually very beginner friendly with regards to starting with any season.
