Under that, a good part of DBZ should be affected under their influence, beyond their destructive power, which as far as I remember does not have enough mental resistance.

Slaanesh should also affect those of DBZ a lot, generally we remember Slaanesh for the sexual influence but he/she/it represents pleasure in general, that also includes the pleasure of having a good fight or the pleasure of making yourself stronger, that's why Slaanesh can steal followers from Khorne.

I know about his Zenkai and backstory. But don’t think Raging Blast ever specified how strong he was beyond being portrayed in the campaign as around the same strength as the rest of the Super Saiyan 3s

SS3 Vegeta was able to defeat him and Gotenks before going on to have his destined bout with SS3 Goku
