Reading the manga currently, yes Mash isn't like Saitama. Sure Mash is overpowered in comparison to everyone around him but not to the point he one-punching everything he actually has moments where he's on the backseat. +Mash again actually has his own personality that isn't boredom and depression 24/7 while also even managing to fit in the power of friendship for Mash in a not cringy way.
