That feeling when the game tells you at the start that your class (Lancer) has combos and you proceed to just use moves randomly until you actually bother to look at the skills in combat and see that certain ones glow after using others to tell you which order to use them in to increase damage.

Needless to say shit got a lot easier after I noticed that.

Getting ready to leave Gridania and go to the other city states for the first time...at level 31 'cause of course I HAD to do all the side quests I could find. Once more I can only be thankful the game has a lvl scaling function for important boss fights.

Same. Might be wishful thinking, but I hope you're able to transform into whatever enemies you've defeated before, including bosses, just for maximum variety.
