isn't there an upper limit for venom to take over someone and they can just strip it away from them at some point like pete did?

I mean Kira wasn't even suppose to be a pilot or have any pilot training he literally just a coordinator that got accepted by the gundam.Speaking of, I think this movie just confirmed that Shin is indeed the more skilled pilot than Kira when he’s keeping his head cool. Or least now after having to really focus on skill for the time spent using the Immortal Justice which wasn’t meant for him.
Kira was getting no grounds and fighting purely on the defensive when facing the bad guy and one Black Knight and only got out of it from Athrun bailing him out (yet again) and Lacus showing up for his Strike Freedom to go God Mode. Strike Freedom was getting torn apart until that happened.
Shinn in his now outdated Destiny Gundam still DESTROYED 3 Black Knights like nothing and set up a 4th one to be killed by Hilda. No powerup, major upgrades, or anything needed, Stella just came in to stop the Black Knights from attempting their BS mind control tactics on him.
Movie was supposed to be about Kira and Lacus but Shinn and Athrun in his goofy ass Z’Gok disguised Justice Gundam ended up being the real MVPs here
Seriously Shinn and Athrun being worst than Kira while military trained shouldn't have been a thing in the first place. So yea I really see no actual problem Kira getting thrashed every now and then. dude's real ability is when he wakes his seed up.

Before, my favorite character was Athrun but damn after this movie, I think Shinn just might be my favorite.
Why didn’t we get this Based Chad version at any point over the emo, easily manipulated puppet we got throughout Destiny that couldn’t even maintain their MC position?
If this movie’s success green lights more Seed material, I’d love to see Shinn as the MC for real this time and just fucking up some Blue Cosmos dudes in his Destiny Gundam
yea that's how it should have been but Seed Destiny writer was so ass they forgot a lot of shit or didn't even bother to realign the series with the original so we got the shit we got.
Seriously Shin wasn't bad until he got turned into that droned shit by the end where he literally just a dumbass kira shouting wrecked.
Early Destiny Shinn was actually fighting smart where sacrificing his impulse body parts is a strategy considering how easy he can replace and reattach them even if his gundam is literally inferior.
This movie reminds you how legitimately good and clever of a pilot Shinn used to be in his Impulse Gundam before degrading into a lunatic who fails so badly at taking advantage of what a fantastic machine the Destiny Gundam is that Kira can repeatedly flex on disrespectfully and ignore fighting and Athrun in his Infinite Justice takes down in seconds at the end of Destiny
