Ubisoft is in such hot shit these day. AssCreed Shadows already a disaster they can’t even advertise to the point of cancelling events for it and Star Wars Outlaw being a total shitshow tanking their stocks just with its existence

And in what’s probably the most disgusting example I’ve ever seen of the hypocrisy of DEI, it’s been revealed that they refuse to give jobs to normal-functioning men to be included in their Dev team of liberal cat ladies and mentally ill trans

Go for it, I got tons of videos saved that I can link you for material that shows just how fucked up gaming has gotten since Gamergate happened and developers started taking advice from feminist cows like Anita Sarkeesian and Zowie Quinn over their own audience

I want to avoid politics if I can though. Talking about how letting politics interfere with the mission of content creation is fine but I want to avoid taking sides. Everyone's so exhausted with that and it's a big reason why we're in a cultural dark age.

Unfortunately, the cultural / political environment is engrained into why gaming is on the decline to where you have no choice but to mention it - be it the business practices of whose getting jobs in the gaming industry and who doesn’t affecting the quality of the game since it’s definitely not people being picked based on their talent and passion for gaming these days, or the philosophy that goes into designing characters and story,

The only other thing you can bring up that has nothing at all to do with DEI is the unsustainable greed publishers like Ubisoft, Sony, EA, and Activision, have all fallen into.

Be it the push for the death of physical media and only live service, essentially turning games from a product you own to a 70 dollar license you got to regularly pay monthly internet services for just to play since we know PSN or Xbox Live will never be free, and that’s without counting mtx or cutting corners and releasing products half-assed and fixing it later with patches
 
Shit even gameplay itself gets affected.

Because I totally want entire boring segments where I play as Mary Jane, Miles Morales without powers, and that one disabled tween spraying grafiti art in a Spider-Man game because LOLinclusivity

Or whatever the fuck Dustborn is supposed to be

There's a difference between killing for the sake of revenge (which mind you would be justified anyway in this case) and killing to prevent the loss of more lives.

Fucking Dante wouldn't have had any issue killing this thing and he actually comes from a universe where demons are NOT inherently evil, having spared several of them himself.

Point being that, even if demons were not inherently evil by nature (as they are in Frieren), there would still be nothing morally wrong with ending this thing nor would it make them "no better than the demons".
