Yea they could have shafted ash but he should still have made an impact in their world. If there's not even a recognition or any existence for ash this is practically an Alternate universe where ash never actually made any adventure.

I knew the names Buffy, Xander, Spike, Angel and Willow for a while now, but it’s weird finally seeing the characters themselves and watching the series that basically MADE Joss Whedon.
