I believe that's Gustave, one of the main protags of Clair Obscur Expedition 33 (the one whose played by Netflix Daredevil).

And even then, if it's referring to the scene I think it is (it was in a trailer where the voice actors gave a summary of the characters)
it seemed less like he was being lectured and more that he and Lune had a difference of opinion. She prioritizes the mission above all else, he's more about the safety of the crew and she was calling him "cowardly" for this.

At least that's the impression I got from the brief clip they showed.

btw, this is my second fav of 2025 so far, clair 33 is superior to 95% of the ff games and most of the jrpgs, from the late 00s/2010s era, so good, really good, in few days, they broke the sales meters too, ninja gaiden 4 obv will be my fav game of the year, when it comes out

if you ever play it, dont watch/read any spoilers, nor spoiler videos, this french team's first game is next levels, they cooked, they took elements from many iconic jrpg's, and mixed them with their own artistic vision kino

pl wise, they quite strong/hax too, they can solo several verses we know, both from manga/anime or vgames

very good experience overall, voice acting/ost is fantastic too, and once again, ben starr is part of the mc's

game has 3 mc's, 2 dudes, and 1 chick (technically 5 chars are the mc's, but from the chicks crew, maelle is the most important)

from the dudes, gustave is one of them, i dont want to spoil you, if you ever play it, just follow my advice, no spoilers

i will summarize the reasons, to even simpler terms


1) insomniac, you don't change peter's model, ps4 spidey was amazing

cuz this gai was the mc, cool and charismatic, he is like the gentle and cool big brother, this gen needs, laid back when it was needed, and serious when it was needed as well

then in the sequel, we go to this bland taller tom holland version, in order to please the mcu stans, nah, it doesn't go like this, you dont betray your fans like that, one of the top high selling ps4 games which was actually legit great, wasted like this

the script in the sequel is so bad, so bad, felt like it was written by the same writers who did most of the current mcu movies, plus full woke/sjw themed, lmao

in other words, for no reason, they destroyed the rep, of their own previous amazing game, destroying a game, that didn't need fixing, it was polished and fluid, that's why devs should dont be ahead of themselves, stand your ground, dont diss your own artistic value and vision, to please others, that's why, this gen of games, has a selective amount of unique and good games
 
I love how Insomniac let the success of the first game get over their heads enough that they thought they could even double down on things people hated like the pointless MJ segments for the sequel.

Nevermind all the other flaws

Made it easy for me to decide to never purchase another Insomniac game again
 
on a completely unrelated note I think you guys should check out Gloomwood and add it to your wishlist or w/e (it's currently in early access but so far the game looks great)

think Thief meets Resident Evil (also co-developed by the guy who made Dusk/Iron Lung, just for reference)
