In raw stats? Fuck no.
This is why I was deadset against scaling in the OBD ages ago..Willy and Dudebro kept calling me old fashion but applying Shounen logic doesn't always work within its own genre much less across the board.
What was really weird was how he got away with the non-canon doctor who shenanigans.

Super Perm Banned Modcomics scale might seem similar to shonen logic, but it isn't
other factors play role too, writing, consistency, feats on panel, wording, etc
power scale is kinda different too
you have wizards who might have universal tier hax but stats wise, they are weaker than city level chars
it doesn't work like db or other series of this level
the writers in comics play the most important role and how much zenkais they try to give the characters, on what scale
in one issue, you can see chars going from building level up to continent and in the next issue you can see them reverting back to building levels without demonstrating feats above the highest showing they had, lmao
not to mention, the retcon effect, lmao
