Ekko probably isn‘t gonna be scum. Thing is, we already have Sky getting blocked/redirected N1 and not being able to give Gram a PR. If he was bus driven with Nibel, Nibel would have gotten the PR. Same goes for Ratchet, why would he be bus driven by scum when he was always Vig material? Or if the scum team thinks I‘m the Serial I would have always killed him.
