If Ratchet was more likely to be scum than Nibel mechanically and T-Peins derailing of Ratchet was so obviously scum and you're scum reading T-Pein.

read this and connect the dots. Then go back to the mechanically quote and read how she tells people to stop voting Ratchet, UNVOTES then blames T-Pein for derailing it.
 
If Pein/Polar flips scum I'd recommend the Serial kills the other of the pair. They had a bizarre D1 interaction.
