Here's where I wanna go with the Ral thing because there's questions that need to be asked so I can analyze nexr phase
1. 6 max votes on Ral.
2. Any one of us should be on standby if possible to unvote if it gets to 7.
3. He has a minimum of 3 hours and maximum of 5 hours to respond
4.. If he doesn't meet the deadline, he's cooked. (We proceed with a Ral lynch)
He's very busy with job stuff, OLF development, and he's not the most active player so I want to give him a chance to play as well before having him come into the thread to see he's been lynched.
These were the same mistakes we made last game rushing things (ex. Sky and Hime) - so let's go from here
