You didn't claim anything until you had the duel. And to be honest, again you're just responding to suspicion on you. Feel like you're just treading water here.
Here is why you're in my PoE
1 - you defended the Alco slot repeatedly
2 - You entered Day 4 with a very tenuous vote, not just a push, a vote, on me using logic that you're smart enough to know defeats itself. The very fact you make the argument answers the question you posit.
3 - Along with the above, you ignore the reads of dead players that you historically have deferred to, to make your push.
From that day, I do not believe for a second you really thought I was the best lynch available. You have Alco in your town leans, but the moment I offer him as a compromise you jump on with it. Why do this? You think I'm scum, why are you voting a town read there? Your PoE that day was obviously not given due thought too - you had Retro scum with me.
From that, I struggle to find the sincerity in your arguments.
Now let me speak about the elephant in the room. You are in everyone's PoE. Resolving slots that everyone has in their PoE before LyLo is optimal - if it's right, great, and if it's wrong, that's vital information for us to know. Instead of just defaulting to this, I've given you several days to just play and I've not seen enough to bet the game on you being town. I don't expect or want you to just roll over, but I do expect you to be analysing the gamestate and showing some wider solving considerations, and instead you just defend yourself and express frustration at the formulation of your position within the thread.
I suggest you use what's left of the day to work through a legacy solve, I'm pretty set on this. If you have anything you want to run by me etc then have at it.
