Apparently, there was an accidental, now deleted leak about a future chapter containing Nika+Rocks flashbacks. And this spoilers account seems so sure it was for real he stands by it. So if nothing comes of it by the end of this year it's safe to say he's full of shit and his reputation will be completely diminished. I don't know what to think of it, but he did take steps in recent months to make sure he posts only 100% confirmed shit on his account, so him being so confident probably means the source is quite reliable.
