Dino Thunder and mystic force doesn't have any resistance to Kabuto going back in time and killing them before they got there powers.

Kabuto basically uses his Ultimate Form and goes back in time and fucks them up.
Kabuto is FTL and Blade has time stop along with a few more hax abilities

Kabuto can time travel, reverse time, time stop , summon his own selves from other timelines, can travel to parallel time lines, travel to dimensions, he increases his temporal flow by by compressing the tachyon particles that are spinning around him, unless suddenly If any of them are immune to the time paradox, then tendou oneshot them

Kamen Rider are crazy!
Conner is like his Sentai counterpart.
The same goes to the Mystic Force. They defeated Octomus, who defeated Mystic Mother, a good version of Rita Repulsa and absorbed time,
The Riders win. Before they can do this, Kabuto stops time.

Admittedly the danger is with kabuto that his time traveling ability and speed are not raw power, as long as they have the ability to resist things like returning to the past and killing you as a child then they will survive. Otherwise they lose
and yes. It's worth a watch. The whole series is GREAT.

the planet+/ftl stats calcs that taco has made in the obd, years ago, applies to 98% of the saban era tv series = they part of that too, so yeah, dont underestimate them that much
tendo = kabuto is multi continental/ftl+, but his time hax is the main reason, they cant beat him, cuz his time hax includes:
- time stop (can execute many of them without trouble)
- time travel
- time reversal
- time rewind
- can summon a massive amount of himself that do what the original does
- can exist outside of time/acasual to a certain level (survived from having his past and present versions erased and his future version wasn't affected at all, and still his time based powers were just fine)
meanwhile, kenzaki = kr blade, is one of the most hax immortals in the whole kr verse, but stats wise, he is only city+ level and at least sub-rel levels, in other words, conner in his triassic power up form, he casually dimensional bfr's kenzaki, and its game over

Considering what happened in Kamen Rider Outsiders, Go Rider Special and Kamen Rider Taisen, most of EoS Blade and Eos Kabuto cast get at upgrade in they DC and speed.
King Garren was strong enough to defeat Ark-Zero, that was stronger than Zero-One Metal Cluster Hopper who tanked Eden Planetary Destruction beam and minimize the damage of the beam. And King Garren=King Blade.
Tendou and most of EoS Heisei and some Neo Heisei had Power Scaling of the Showa Riders feats like tanking the explosion of the Anti-Oxygen Bomb, the space rupture system, the RS Device of King Dark and the Mega Reversal Machine.
Also Kabuto was strong enough to defeat Stronger in a 1vs1 battle.
Some feats from Showa/Heisei riders that they had PS.
