What about SFIV?sf third strike and sf alpha 3 are still the best sf games, easily
So, I decided to do a quick calc on Haggar's over-the-top ultimate move from Final Fight Revenge. I will assume all the material was displaced at this speed since there is a huge explosion from the exit path that likely represents the material anyway. Keeping in mind of these following parameters below.
-Andore's shoulder span: 0.672 m (he's 240 m tall and shoulder span is about 28% of height)
-Earth's mean diameter: 7,918,000 m
-Earth's mean density: 5,517
Pi × 0.336^2 × 7.918e+6 = 2.8e+6 m^3
2.8e+6 × 5517 = 1.548e+10 kg
Since it took about 2 seconds for Andore to smash through Earth's diameter.
7.918e+6 ÷ 2 = 3.959e+6 m/s (mach 11,644)
Now for KE.
(3.959e+6)^2 × 1.548e+10 × 0.5 ÷ 4.184e+9 = 29 teratons of TNT
Posted the tier list for you guys.
Glad to be here! Thanks a lot!
And welcome to the new OBD!Glad to see you here
Most meteorites are ordinary chondrites, and ordinary chondrites have a density half as much. Most ordinary chondrites are in the range 3.0 to 3.7 g/cm3, which is denser than most terrestrial rocks.
Meteors enter the atmosphere at speeds ranging from 11 km/sec (25,000 mph), to 72 km/sec (160,000 mph!).
Street Fighter General
I wanna see an ending where Gill decides to destroy the world instead of save it. Fucking turns half of the world red by burning it and the other half blue by freezing it. :burywww.fanverse.org
posting also the country level+ feat for honda, which scales casually to everyone important char from the cast
[overall, read the pages and posts there]
Oh shit! Thanks!Hey @Punchsplosion You forgot to bring your calcs....
More bit stuff, but great for comparing other characters to the main cast.
http://www.eventhubs.com/news/2016/...mpatriots-jagjit-amitabh-and-mahabali-g-here/
Most notably this behemoth named Mahabali G and his impressive lifting feat.
He became instantly famous when he accomplished the marvelous feet of lifting 4 huge elephants on top of his legs.
By huge, I am assuming that they are referencing full-grown Indian elephants. However, there have been instances of abnormally large elephants comparable to mammoths. Raja Gaj and Kanchha are two notorious examples. I will use the low-end as the maximum weight of a regular Indian elephant male.
4.5 tons x 4 = 22 tons
Now for the minimum weight of a mammoth elephant as a mid-end.
8.8 tons x 4 = 35.2 tons
And maximum weight of a mammoth as a high-end.
13 tons x 4 = 52 tons
All of these numbers line up well with Ryu's boulder and Hugo's diesel/semi lifting feats.
Mahabali G's Lifting Strength:
Low End: 22 tons
Mid End: 35.2 tons
High End: 52 tons
Hugo's lifting feat.
He effortlessly lifts his traveling semi (truck and trailer) and proceeds to murder a bunch of moron thugs.
I will use the bare minimum weight of the truck and trailer as a low end.
23,000 lbs (11.5 tons) + 12,000 lbs (6 tons) = 17.5 tons
Next, I will use the maximum allowable limit in the US, with a permit, as a mid end.
80,000 lbs = 40 tons
Finally, I will utilize the highest recorded load size in the US, sans a permit, as a high end.
165,000 lbs = 82.5 tons
Hugo's Lifting Strength
Low End: 17.5 tons
Mid End: 40 tons
High End: 82.5 tons
Time for the Ryu boulder lift.
Pixel height: 175/100 = 1.75 cm
Boulder(1) length: 255 px x 1.75 cm = 446.25 cm
Boulder(1) height: 85 px x 1.75 cm = 148.75 cm
To get the width we have to look at the other image. The underside of the boulder is definitely no smaller than 4 feet so I will use it as a low end with 6 and 8 feet as mid and high ends.
Boulder(1) width(s): 4 feet, 6 feet, 8 feet
Boulder(1) weight(s): [length(feet) x height(feet) x width(feet)]150 lbs/2000 lbs = total tons
Low End: (14.65 x 4.88 x 4)150/2000 = 21.45 tons
Mid End: (14.65 x 4.88 x 6) = 32.17 tons
High End: (14.65 x 4.88 x 8) = 42.9 tons
Boulder(2) length: 67 px x 1.75 cm = 117.25 cm
Boulder(2) height: 27 px x 1.75 = 47.25 cm
To get the width we have to assume that Oro is sitting on a top portion no smaller than 2 feet as his legs and butt completely fit on the surface with room to spare. So, I will use 2 feet as a low end, 2.5 feet as a mid end, and 3 feet as a high end.
Boulder(2) width(s): 2 feet, 3 feet
Boulder(2) weight(s): [length(feet) x height(feet) x width(feet)]150 lbs/2000 lbs = total tons
Low End: (3.85 x 1.55 x 2)150/2000 = .89 tons
Mid End: (3.85 x 1.55 x 2.5)150/2000 = 1.12 tons
High End: (3.85 x 1.55 x3)150/2000 = 1.3 tons
Total Boulder Weight(s):
Low End: 22.34 tons
Mid End: 33.39 tons
High End: 44.2 tons
Maybe....just fucking maybe....we will get some actual good storytelling in SF6.
interesting lore implications
