Why would mafia kill fuji if there was a chance they could just win with me?
 
There is also the fact that Ekko's role gains info on these cores every cycle - would suggest that it's of particular importance. Moreso, perhaps than a single Mafia role.

And if the cores are a red herring and not to do with the win con then it would rely on him either having access to an extra kill or being able to gain one. With the slight other possibility of being loved but then if he were loved then he wouldn’t need the motivator as a claimable.

It’s possible ofc, but I find it hard to try and account for non town having ANOTHER extra kill when we already had a hated so would be harsh

The only answer I can get to make sense is haza killed him because he knew he had no chance of quick lynching or hammering him anyway and wanted to reduce the risk of being exposed by nobody else trying to do so

just think about it from balance perspective tho, this wud mean we started

12-5-1

where we have 1 hated, and mafia have a role that can win F3 without hated

this is too stacked against town to be the case imo

specially if the indie decides to scum side. that makes it even more impossible


in the contrary, i think this can be 13-5 and haza is lying about being indie and his role is there to help red woman find the stones

for now tho @Poyser @Grammaton RDK is confirmed to be not a survivor, so we yeet him first and if game doesnt end we yeet ratchet in F3. just from a balance perspective there is no way ratchet has a role that allows him to win F3 given that this wud mean the game had an indie, 5 mafia, a hated townie, and a mafia roles being able to win f3 automatically. that wud be pretty brutal for town

its honestly very very possible, but i kinda cba with it. i wanna yeet RDK for what he did yesterday and the night before last

feel free to yeet ratchet without me, i personally cannot allow this claimed neutral to survive longer
 
I was kinda paranoid about the possibility of an arsonist but the kills carrying on pretty much rule that out
 
i say ratchet being indie is possible because he was keen on having people claim for flimsy reasons early game, it felt agenda driven that can fit both scum trying to get the most claims out of every day's lynch or an indie trying to collect the mcmuffins

but i respect the hussle that 1. he didnt claim it at the start to coast for free and 2. he actually played the game despite being very scummy mid game

i think there is a fair chance ratchet decided to kill fuji to wifom this etc.. but im playing today strictly out of principle
 
You don't even need to hope, under the assumption that I'm playing to win as scum there is no scenario where I kill Fuji. Regardless of what you think you're hunting. It's a kill that only ever benefits RDK.

u can kill fuji if u have a way to win tonight via double stealing

i mean its possible one of RDK/ratchet is vholran and the other is the great spirit
 
And to say I would play for WIFOM as if that is more likely than RDK and I just lynching Fuji does not work either. I'd be going from a near guarantee to needing to secure at least one lynch the hard way. As you can see today.

I do think RDK botched it. But the difference here is that there exists a plausible explanation as to why he decided to go this route even if it is a botch, whereas there is no scenario where I kill Fuji with the goal of furthering my wincon or at the very least, not making it more difficult than not killing him.

It doesn't matter what I have. I'd be choosing to make this day a contest between RDK and I, as opposed to just winning by lynching Fuji and then doing whatever double stealing thing you want to conjure up. Again, if you would read my bloody posts instead of dismissing them, you'd understand what I'm saying, because I've gone over it.

There was a chance he had a core, and even if not, he wasn't going to get me lynched I don't think so quite possible he just saw the exit door for that day phase and took it. Especially after you reasoned why we should lynch him before anyone else, it's reasonable to say he was under some pressure and thus did not have the freedom to pick and choose whatever lynch he wanted to better set the stage.
