Why would the Indie survivor not lynch Fuji with scum to win? Why would they side with town there? All he would do is set himself up for failure. At the very least, I would not be anticipating he town sides in a LyLo situation. Especially when he could also be lynched there.

yes but its not like he needs to rush and vote fuji either. he can just do so if town start talking about lynching him, or he gets a vote

You can say about townie goodwill and all, but no Survivor would risk taking the lynch out of moral obligation to the town as opposed to just... winning. And if he did, he would just be hurting himself in the other direction.
