So, the permutations are that killing Fuji only makes sense if the indie can win tonight. If I'm scum, then I know I have RDK primed and ready to hammer with me to win. So I don't need to kill Fuji to get his cores. If it's just RDK as the only non-town left though, he knows that he will get exposed once Fuji isn't speed hammered. Now from here he has two options. He waits it out and hopes paranoia gets me speedlynched. Or he kills Fuji and removes the angle where he gets outed. Does that make sense?
My assumption would be he either wins tonight by double kill/stealing etc or he's just making the most of a tough to win position and needs 2 lynches anyway.

This doesnt quite absolve you because in the world where youre scum, youd optimally want to kill RDK to remove an x factor after hammering fuji today - therefore the net result of the timeline is exactly the same
