That's like 60k annually... which isn't a crazy amount, but assuming that I just get this without having to be employed and also don't have to pay income taxes on it that would actually be pretty good and I could live very comfortably.
Getting 10 mil up front sounds too risky imo, and I honestly don't have any idea what I'd do with that kind of money.
