Transformers feats/discussion

personally ive always felt g1 megatrons "idk i love war" was closer to frieza than IDWs fallen revolutionary anyway
i still dont get why use idw at all when it has nothing to do with either g1. the only time it crossed over at all is in….Regeneration One when idw Roddy got summoned by Marvel Rodimus
yeah the conflation between IDW and G1 was super weird and confusing

IDW transformers powerscaling makes peoples fuckin brains rot or something i dont get it
I say because majority of the DB fanbase never read or actually watch TF so they take some dudes opinion over the series and treat his word like God

Which is why the whole debacle over the usage of G1, IDW etc

oh yeah, heres a funny ass feat i found from AVP, which should apply to the g1 cartoon
Q: Dear Vector Prime,

One last request - information about the figures in the Decepticon "Hall of Heroes" from Primax 984.17 Alpha, particularly Cannibaron.

.
.
A: Dear Monster Masher,

Ah, yes, you seek to know of the Cannibal Baron. He was quite a colorful character. He believed that by eating the laser cores of his fallen foes, he would gain their power. From his base of power in Corumkan, he reached out to cities as distant as Nuon in the south and Harmonex in the North. He was eventually stopped when Sentinel EnN challenged him to personal combat. The clash between the two of them in the city of Doradus became the stuff of legends; so intense was the combat that the entire torus state was knocked out of phase with reality. Some claim that it reappears once every 10,000 vorns for a single breem, with the two still grappling in their perpetual struggle.
Cannibaron is one of the ancient Decepticon Leaders seen in the Hall of Heroes in the 86 movie (theyre the statues in the room where starscream gets coronated and then obliterated by galvatron)

Vector Prime’s elderly ass offhandedly mentioning obscure goofy feats is an iconic part of the franchise at this point

Some dudes can apparently punch you so hard you become out of phase with reality, which is ?
g1 cartoon characters
rodimus can already throw galvatron so hard he flies through space faster than light
optimus can deflect missiles by punching them. ricochet lasers off of rocks

now random ancient autobots and decepticon leaders fighting so hard they knock the entire region out of sync with the universe

AND THEY'RE STILL FUCKING FIGHTING

ya think UT TF would've been more well known in the power scale debate of TF yet its not
why?
okay so this is my theory, in part i think this is because
1. IDW are famously good comics so i guess people went fucking crazy trying to find good comic feats in a pretty grounded tf series
2. most people dont seem to wanna rewatch most tf series lmao
i know this cause when i went through the g1 cartoon for this there were so many damn random ass planetary+ feats that i had forgotten about and never get mentioned at all
as an example, the main two that i know get mentioned are megatrons ultimate doom feat, and galvatron destroying thrull in one shot
what doesnt get mentioned is the episode where starscream rigs an energy generator (that was already powerful enough to destroy the earth at its standard power) to exponentially increase in power for eight hours to destroy earth, and shower cybertron in limitless energy
optimus and megatron fire it into space to save earth and starscream is caught point blank in the explosion, and is fine
or how unicron tanked moonbase two exploding in his face, but the dinobots were able to damage his armor
and this is from the og cartoon, one of the most famous series in this franchise, for most people its literally either the 80s show, IDW, or the bay films
if this stuff goes under the radar, the UT trilogys chances arent very good either

UT was popular before powerscaling was really a mainstream thing in the internet. IDW’s rise in popularity coincided with this hobby starting to branch out. UT was just “wrong” place “wrong” time. Couple that with TF lore being incomprehensible to most people though and you get IDW being completely misinterpreted

transformers lore is unironically like one of those hyperborea memes with the hollow earth and the moon saucers

Transformers is officially canon to Fortnite and, by extension, the many, many franchises whose characters, locations, and objects have been variously deposited in its universe. One of those "franchises", by the way, is our own Earth, which has experienced multiple incursions from Reality Zero and had multiple real-life celebrities and internet personalities plucked from it to become loopers. Make of this information what you will.

From tfwiki re: fortnite lol. lmao

though, I am willing to be a good chunk of these were already canon to TF via prior crossovers, like how Marvel and Transformers to this day are canonical to one another, each just ignores what happens in the other
