His solve actually makes sense if you allow for the masons to be less than confirmed in your mind. And also, there is not many that fit in a scum team with him. He's not going to be scum with Nutmeg. When he subbed in, he took the attention away from Reloaded and onto Cata/Stargate - he's unlikely to be scum with either. That leaves Gad and Reloaded exactly. It's not impossible, and there is an explanation for his behaviour that fits a scum mindset too (that he knew he would look bad after pushing the masons and decided that doubling down was the best way to WIFOM it), but I'm not all that compelled by it. Would much prefer flipping in Cata/Stargate, I think Stargate's posts today have been harder to reconcile than anything Ultra has said too.

One of things that stands out to me is that Ultra claimed was hesistating to claim one of the most worthless roles in the entire setup yesterday. Ali's cop claim was almost the most likely nk and due to the nature of the mass claim he will never be a real priority target.

I am not sure, if everything that happened is exactly completely unaligning Cata in particular /could/ be aligned imo, especially if you assume that Cata would be the weak link.


I also think you look at it wrong, he pushed me without knowing my claim, I claimed and he was kinda stuck in that position already. I get your doubling down angle, but honestly as of now it feels to me like he's trying to massage the narrative for later on. It's not only that but also how he went about it that I just think betrays a villager mindset. I am still completely baffled why he wanted to lynch me to resolve Atsumori who is barely posting.
