Ok, gonna start with the people I'm at least reasonably content are town

Ichigo - This is mostly based on Guillo's positioning around him. I did think his reaction to me early game was pretty townie but also Guillo seems to be very confident he is town. I think that's probably true regardless of guillo's alignment where if he's scum then he's probably leveraging ichigo being town against me, and if he's town then he's obviously a good reader of him
Yoho - Think this lad is clearly cooking something. Don't think I've ever really seen him look so engaged and he seems so detatched from what is actually happening that I'm pretty content to say he's just doing his own thing. He doesn't really seem to be bothered (or aware) to go against the grain of the thread lol. Be surprised if he's scum

Cataclysm - The more I think about it, I think both millers have to be town (or well, both town or both scum but I doubt they're both scum). I thought there may be 1 more miller claim which would muddy the waters but there hasn't been so it must just be these two. My thinking basically is that if one of these is a fake give by the host - then he has literally just doomed that slot to be lynched via being counterclaimed lol. I'm not super familiar with Fuji tendences but I'd be very surprised if he were that sloppy.
Now move onto the people I think are town, but not 100%
Alexis - Mostly gut but from his questions I think he clearly has some kind of info role that he is trying to leverage or get more info in which to use it and the way he's going about it is pretty townie.
Luka - Mostly vibes but I think the way he treated X and Flower early game reading it back is more than likely town indicative. Tried to talk X down from sussing flower and then didn't really try to use it against X. In fact said that X was probably townie. Would be a weird way to enter the game as scum.
The X - Still think he's most probably town but I think his contribution has tanked a bit since early D1. I think he has more often than not just taken the easy talking point (me) and projecting confidence in me being scum every other post. I think his early game and going after Flower probably makes him more likely to be town or have started town. Basically don't think he's mafia, but probably be my very first suspect in terms of being culted
Mango - Not a lot to go off here, but I think he was easy going early in the thread and his sheeping of me from both the vote and unvote probably makes him town. The unvote in particular would be a bit weird to come from scum as it looks pretty awkward
Gad - Pretty much exclusively from the way he went after ratchet. I also kinda like that he didn't just look to appease people when he was being sussed early game which I'd expect him to as scum. Instead he just carried on shit posting without a care in the world.
Grammaton - Would find it hard to see him as scum given how he has approached today. Obviously he'd be aware that he would need to push his own thing but I highly highly doubt that he'd choose to be going after Ultra here if he's scum as it's just such an uphill battle with how the thread is right now. If scum, he knows Im about to flip town and regardless of Ultra's alignment he's just drawing attention to himself here for no reason, picking a fight that he can't win today and risk people thinking he was already leveraging my flip against him. If Ultra is scum, then obviously you can lock Gram in as town as trying to blow up his slot today would be ridiculous. If Ultra is town then you can be wary as it's possible he's sewing the seeds of doubt early but I don't see why he wouldn't just wait until tomorrow.
Pqwerty - Easily my weakest town read and mostly not by virtue of me actively town reading him but moreso being pretty confident he's not scum with Ratchet
Now I'll go for people I think are scum
Ratchet - Easily my strongest scum read, more so than Ultra. This guy is trying to be very slippery this game and having read back some of his posts I think it's very obvious and his opinions seemingly change depending on what narrative he is pushing - See for example his treatment of my "AtE". Yesterday he was telling me off, acting like I am doing this as scum on purpose and that it's embarrassing, akin to what Fang did last game etc etc. Today, when it suits his defensive narrative, all of a sudden it is inconceivable to think we could be aligned because I was "clearly seething" because of what he said and lost my shit. This of course makes me losing my shit much more understandable and not "embarrassing" and not a tactic and thus nothing like what Fang was doing last game.
Dr Professor - Actually think Prof and ratchet have some pretty good equity despite their bickering today. Ratchet was basically softballing him early on, helping him getting into the game whilst doing some light distancing that he immediately took back when I started sussing prof. Obviously they know that Ratchet is going to look absolutely horrendous after today, so think they are trying to get ahead of it a bit by setting up prof to look better. They're not going for the throat today, Prof has essentially said he's "tinfoiling" and Ratchet is making a show of voting him but we all know he's not going to end there. My prediction is the real show starts tomorrow! Ironically, Ratchet has kind of exposed prof, because he's 100% correct that Prof's logic is nowhere near the level it usually is and that his paranoia is very clearly put on.
Dr Watson - First thought was that her dueling me was townie but I don't really think so any more. Mostly my scum reads comes from how she dueled me in the first place. There's been zero solving posts from watson, and when asked to duel me she did so immediately. Kinda feels like her teammates were really keen for her to claim her duel and get it used which is probably why she came to the thread, announced she had a duel, used it and dipped again. Problem is she showed absolutely zero curiosity, which is far removed from town watson. She would never just duel me because one person told her to, she would instead be asking why I'm supposed to be dueled etc. It was a pretty poor showing
Guillo - Probably my least confident scum read but he feels pretty fake when it comes to pushing me. Like I alluded to earlier I think there's an element of using TMI with Ichigo against me. He's acting cocky like he had me caught and outted based on my "noob scum logic" against Ichigo but I don't think it really stacks up. My vote on Ichigo was more of a reaction test than a real scum read which should be fairly obvious based on how it played out but also there was literally nothing wrong with my logic at all lol. It's just fake confidence and following the crowd with regards to selling me as "outted" rather than just presenting it as a scum read. It's not believable in the slightest.
Ultra - Yep, I think this guy is an indy. Probably a shot in the dark and there is a chance he is town that's just being a belligerent dickhead but it rings a bit more phony to me than it usually does, but also doesn't seem to be as calculated as I would expect him to be as scum in regards to getting more positions out there and setting up a gamestate to make it look like he's solving. I think he's been pretty careful here to not expose too many opinions particularly in the way of reading anybody town. He's maintained a very narrow focus and stuck to it.
So basically the remainder of the PoE is essentially made up of people I don't really have a real read on:
