Weakest Fictional Setting?

Most people like to wonder who the strongest characters are, or even what the strongest settings are. This isn't the thread for that. I want to know the opposite of that. I want to know what could possibly count as the weakest possible setting in fiction.

Also gonna go on a limb and nominate 99% of slice of life fiction, for obvious reasons. But I'm sure we can go lower than that.

Are we talking about just the characters that appear or their setting as a whole? Because a lot of slice of life comedies get a boost just by living in the modern day world where they can drop nukes and shoot guns.

That makes "Everybody Loves Raymond" a stronger setting than "Game of Thrones"

Ray with equipment can run him over with wall-level car.

Rinse and repeat a few times if the first blow doesn't do the trick. The real problem is the dragons, and that's where living in a modern day setting where F-16s exist would come in handy.
