I......never thought to use low carb tortillas....huhIf you make a lot of sandwiches you could always try substituting the bread for low carb tortillas. Those were a big help for me.
I stead of having 150-200 calories of bread for a sandwich you could put it all in a 30 calorie wrap. A pretty easy change that could shave a lot of calories pretty easily. I love those wraps.
And of course for all condiments use the low fat kind. 30 calories of mayo compared to 120 calories for the same amount of regular mayo. It's a no brainer.
I see you want that to come out nice and proper on the other end.these are the ones I grab.
They make a few different flavors, like tamato basil, and spinach. They're all good.
The ones nearly every grocery store carries are the "mission" low carb wraps. They work too, but I just find they don't taste quite as good. But some would disagree.I see you want that to come out nice and proper on the other end.
I could not find that brand for now. I have done 2 trial runs. My technique in making them was not good, but they tasted like sandwiches. I tried rolling them.
Ouch. I remember someone checked one of my kicks and and I could barely walk for a week lmaoI got suplexed onto my thumb. Sprained not broken. So annoying.
Nasty man. Shin on shin??Ouch. I remember someone checked one of my kicks and and I could barely walk for a week lmao
It was a terrible kick on my part.Nasty man. Shin on shin??
Ouch man, yeah that's an absolute fucker. It was a terrible kick on my part.
Landed right at that tendon on his shin. And of course it was me and my buddy goofing around after practice, and I didn't have any shin pads or anything on, not that it would have helped much in that specific spot. That was probably 4 months into me ever training lol
lol definitely. Was the first time I ever experienced a checked kick. And goddamn I never want to feel that again. hahaOuch man, yeah that's an absolute fucker.Muay Thai is brutal.
I spent years toughening up my shins and it was STILL horrific every time.lol definitely. Was the first time I ever experienced a checked kick. And goddamn I never want to feel that again. haha
I will never see those weights again.....until I am incredibly old.....or dead.My Bench is getting decent again, but I'm finally seriously starting to cut weight so we'll see how long that'll last. Morning weight was 203, the goal is 170.
Why? Injured?I think this is the longest I haven't lifted in forever. Been like 1-2 weeks. Feels weird.
Just some persistent neck and shoulder pain. I've been lifting consistently for years, and figured maybe it'd be worth a shot seeing what taking some time off would do. Might give it a couple more weeks and then try a new program. Why? Injured?
got hurt like 4 months ago, a pain that would just not go away. I convinced myself that exercising was better and kept doing it until the pain was too much. After 3 months of doing nothing I have almost 0 pain and will start again soon, got a little fatter but the muscle is the same, barely look different, it was worth it, something your mind makes shit so difficult.Just some persistent neck and shoulder pain. I've been lifting consistently for years, and figured maybe it'd be worth a shot seeing what taking some time off would do. Might give it a couple more weeks and then try a new program.
