which using the 33.374975 degrees we have gives us
151280 meters for the nuke diameter
now this is a mushroom cloud that comprovadely irradiates heat and vaps humans even without touching them
so i will use near total fatalities as a low end and nuke radius airburst as a high end

I would disagree with the low end because that is pressure killing the human not heat and that would just kill him not vaporize him.

I went another way to calc it, which is close to your high end.

There is a paper done on vaporizing a human from The Centre for Interdisciplinary Science, University of Leicester back in 2013.

Saying it takes approximately 2.99 Gj applied evenly in short amount of time to vaporize a whole human being. (Note by vaporize they mean separate all atoms of the human body.)

So from this I just use the inverse square law. The energy of the blast would spread in all directions 'evenly'. (well not evenly, since part will bounce back from the ground this and that, but to simplify things it is mostly evenly)

So radius = 15,267 m
Area = 2,928,985,860 m^2
Human body surface area < 2 m^2
just the front surface area < 1 m^2

So X = Area / H_area * Vap_energy
X = 8,786,957,580,000,000,000J
or 2.1 gigatons
