During the episode 22 of Buso Renkin, Hiwatari with the help of Hanaka boost the power of him Blaze of Glory generating a explosion that surround a great part of the Island where they fight Victor.
The Feat in question.

Firstly i need to find the size of the island in question.

To get some reference when Victor seen for first time the Island, him was above some cumulus clouds(2km of altitude).

To get the distance to the horizon i used the omnicalculator and get 159.65km.

Knowing that, i get that the diameter of the visible part of the island is like 73km and the mountains of the island had a height of 3.2km to 4.7km.

Knowing all that, is needed the sizes of the fire ball caused by Oxygen Flame of Glory. And i will use that to get the volume of a spherical cap.

Base Radius: 26.6km
Ball Radius:29.5km
Height: 41.5km

For Blaze of Glory Heating Up The Air
Spherical Cap Volume:

Mass of the air in that spherical cap
Density of air:1.225kg/m3
Volume: 84766191180000m^3
Mass:1.225*84766191180000= 1.038385841955E+14kg
Specific heat of air = 1006 j/kg
Temperature change: from 20(the most common) to 10000°, so the temperature change is 9980
Q=Specific heat of air * air mass * temperature change
Q=1006*1.038385841955E+14*9980
Q=1.042526925e21 joules or 249 gigatons

For Victor Vaporizing the area
Also during Victor transition between phase 2 to phase 3, he ended vaporizing all the area around him.

I'll use the cone volume value, considering the height of the mountains is 4.7km at maximum or 3.2 at minimum and the radius of the island is 36.5km(73km divided by 2).
The formula for cone volume is: (1/3)*π*36.5^2*4.7
= 6557.1060066338km^3 or 6557106006633799680 cc

Now the energy generated for that is 6557106006633799680*25700J/cc=1.685176244e23 joules or 40 Teratons of TNT


Final Result:
Heating Up: 1.042526925e21 joules or 249 gigatons
Victor Vaping: 1.685176244e23 joules or 40 Teratons of TNT
