He also casually sat on Berial's flaming tail in DMC4 and only his coat got charred by it. Fire being any kind of issue for Dante is laughable.
He's also just straight up wrong as Trickster does have a straight up teleportation ability in its last level which teleports Dante above the enemy's head.
Yes it's MOSTLY high-speed movement but it ALSO has a teleportation ability.
This also misses that even without Nero as a power source, The Savior was very much still a massive threat and Dante treated it like such a joke, he wanted Nero to pull his weight and save the day.

For a non cheeky answer, I nominate the Plutonian from Irredeemable. While he is only Star level at his shown peak, the radius of the Serious Punch Squared is fairly large, therefore the energy applied to a human surface area should be far lesser. He was also still increasing in power steadily...

Fucking imagine... a person who has gained a decent portion of the Power Cosmic, a trait that allows you to manipulate the Universe itself at will right down to it's very molecules, allow you to move at speeds beyond Lightyears in an instant, be able to screw with the fundamental forces of the Universe, hot box with Thor and Beta Ray Bill easily and can basically sense anything happening in the Universe just like that... would lose to Saitama because he sneezed away most of Jupiter...
