The "Red Electricity" is kinda a major hint of her using it in the same fashion Artoria using it has her basically expel blue energy everywhere.

Your point is that Artoria would have the strength of a 15 year old girl due to what was stated in F/SN and that somehow tracks throughout the rest of her appearances in other games... except it clearly doesn't because Mordred exists and that never pops up for her at all, not even once.
So it's either due to Artoria's extenuating circumstances you fail to ignore... or maybe, just maybe, Nasu ultimately changed that around because he knew how nonsensical that was.

Why are we trying to downplay Gorr? Scaling is a big part of comics anyway since we can't just reverse damage like they did in One Punch Man. Besides since when in any series has the character shown the same amount of output of power in every attack. Just take there best feats and run with them...

If you are going to aim to downplay a series so that yours can win, what's stopping people from doing the same to yours? Or more matter of factly, what's stopping them from taking your forum seriously?
The worst part is that as we have consistently documented, the downplaying isn't done out of ignorance or not understanding how things work most of the time, it's done intentionally to disqualify feats as if it suddenly makes more sense(For example, it's extremely easy to make the Bleach series weaker than City Level if you even remotely try... but most people know that's a pile of horseshit but Kubo's styling on his damage makes it definitely come off that way).
