My thing is that none of the Marines were told why these things are important. They just came to bomb the Ohara People

They weren’t told why. They were just told they were bad guys/terrorists, not that they had precious info. Clover himself was basically a former pirate.

Ohara was essentially just used to set an example for what happens when you go against the WG
