Like I said, they believe the "UA Island" they are on is somehow City+ despite the fact that shit isn't even close to the size of a City.
They have labeled attacks before SnS Island level just because shit said it was the case or through more godawful eyeballing.
It's like they cannot fathom that all they see when it comes to speed, strength and otherwise is "No You" because that's usually what happens when you tell them their eyesight is bad.
It's why I consistently tell people Las Noches is just a size of a City and you would know that if you visit Las Vegas or Chicago in the right area and realize while driving, it will take you 30 minutes to an hour to reach them despite seeing the cities from a distance. Anyone else who says otherwise have never seen a City they are in before from the outside.

All I’m going to say is Mugino is the Level 5 with the worst track record. Losing 3 times to Hamazura alone is bad and than in Railgun, she loses to an exhausted Misaka even with help from the rest of ITEM. So she has no reason to complain about Misaka being ranked higher than her after that.

What ranged options does Adam have? His gun and his Semblance once it's charged? Vs. Sasuke's Fireball Jutsu, Shuriken and Jutsu with Shuriken, Clone Jutsu and Genjutsu?

1. When has Adam shown any speed faster than moving faster than sound? Blocking RWBY's god awful bullets doesn't count.
2. Sasuke can move as fast as Rock Lee and we have seen how fast Rock Lee can move:
The only time we ever see Adam move even remotely this fast is in Volume 6... which is just the "afterimage following slowly after the character" deal and not what we see here in terms of actual speed.
So we are going to pretend that Sasuke, even in Part 1, is too slow to make complex and quick thinking decisions?
And last time I checked, Chidori > Adam's Sword considering Yang and Blake, nowhere near even Part 1 Sasuke's best, was able to break his Sword and deal with his strongest attack.
So yeah no, piss off with this crap.
